Project ICON is sustained by two sub-projects aiming to different specific objectives. They both complement each other as they are strategically aligned with ICON`s general vision and mision.

These two projects are:

The Sustainable Village SUVI, a Residence Club for the lohas segment, is the residential development of ICON. It is a state of the art environmental co-housing development of about 50 houses in full and fractional ownership. The Village is designed following lohas values, such as good weather, low ecological footprint, air quality, culture, balance between the private and the communitarian, security and health, personal development, closeness both to nature and to big cities, and in general a healthier and more meaningful life.

The Collective Wisdom Laboratory (COWL), an integral learning, teaching and research space which integrates leading edge technologies, tools, frameworks and architectures for the purpose of enhancing collective intelligence and wisdom (CIW) locally, regionally and globally. Our cyberspace infrastructure and expertise will contribute to spreading the work and scale it in a planetary level. COWL is a womb for reaching ICON's vision/mision aiming towards a sustainable future.

ICON knows that in order to empower local and regional communities while creatively transforming the planet and creating the new forms, we must be attuned to the organic evolution of consciousness and tap into our collective intelligence and wisdom. The world needs to know what happens when we really do tap into a common held revelation, not available to one alone.
