- Design and facilitate ICON´s 'Social Learning System' for its residents to have support in their personal development and in the realization of collective projects strategic to ICON's development and the increment of our social capital.
- Convene the first pioneer circle for a month retreat and organize itinerary conferences for the local community, COWL DF and key organizations.
- Deliver the first seminars, conferences, workshops for organizations, transformational leaders and residents with the support of our international network and local expertise.
- Design and execute the socialmedia strategy aimed towards selling the first stage of the sustainable village project (co-housing and fractional ownership)
- Develop the strategic plan to ground the market opportunities and complete COWL´s infrastructure
- Host and facilitate dialogue processes with social technologies for the Valle de Bravo community (wealthy people and residents) to begin weaving the social fabric, creating reputation for ICON and impacting Valle.
