The generative interviews are in between 1hr to 2.5hrs long and have the purpose on connecting with the interviewee and generating energy of the co-creation of the lab.

The process of the interviewer is:

1. Make appointment.
2. Create interview questions
3. Prepare and take 20-30minutes prior to the interview to:

• focus on the purpose of the interview
• imagine best possible outcome for all involved
• visualize the future for the LAB and how this conversation might be the small first step towards that direction.

4. Prepare the harvesting method. Weather if its is online or offline you need to record (skype recorder or ipod) and take notes

5. Right after the interview reflect and journal on key insights

6.Transcript the audio
