CIW practitioners
Which are the competences required to become a CI Practitioner? How important is designing experiences versus being able to connect to the collective brain while the experience is happening? How does one cultivate the ability to perceive the collective fields in every level or stage? What are the conditions that make this presence happen more effectively? How far are we from becoming CI Practitioners? Each of us and then as whole.
It is very interesting that many philosophers talk about the emergence of a new science aligned to spirituality and a new spirituality that grows from mind to heart with science. I can see ourselves connecting scientific and spiritual practices in our CI programs. I can also get some bytes about some qualities that resonate to me as appreciated in a CI practioner.
Commitment to serve the Whole
Flexibility and will to learn and unlearn
Being a disciplined self-instructed learner
Being open to share knowledge and expertise
Self cultivation, personal mastery, individual practice
Thirst for knowledge in scientific, social and spiritual domains
Evolutionary vision (Kosmocentric)
Intention to participate in the development of the CI Field
Will to resonate with the collective and flow with the evolutionary fields
Compassion and understanding
Passion and impulse to evolve
Communication and language skills
Technology power user
Expertise in designing and/or facilitating experiences
Open mind, open heart, open will
Anyone adding to the list?
