Started to find layers and levels that ICON will target. What I mean for this, is there are different levels of commitment. Local, regional, and global spheres. Our challenges, our opportunities and our markets are in those three.
Local, what ICON does for its residents, full time, part time or visitors, or in the community of Valle de Bravo. The more people we know in Valle – they know how things are moving in the area. A lot of influential people have bought land there and don't do anything with it so to protect it. So there is a very interesting community that do not live there but are stakeholders in how the place grows. Influential, socially powerful people. So a very interesting space. The other is those who migrate to Valle de Bravo. Cultural creatives, people creating new things, organic farming, aromatherapy, university for consciousness, etc. There is this network of people doing things but are not seeing each other or cooperating with each other. That is in local.

In regional - Mexico - particularly Mexico City. In discussion with Juan Pablo, decided to have to have two labs. One in Valle de Bravo and one in Mexico City. Valle de Bravo is the main lab. The mexico city would be an attractor. We want to have an alliance with Paul Taylor of the social transformation cafe. So we can attract transformational and social leaders - those who will get close to that hub. Mexico city is just ready for that. There are two holders for that lab for here in Mexico City who are interested in carrying it on, making it grow, expanding it, etc. They both have a very beautiful match on what we can do. Support each other not just in terms of sustainability but also reach potential.

Reference back to Juan Pablo's thesis, that the reaching out and sharing what is happening in the community is where the other communities fallen short. This goes much further when you have a state of the art research laboratory sharing what will be of importance to, as we’ve discussed, virtually every area of human consciousness. Mexico City has an extraordinary community of people exploring consciousness. Beyond that you will be connecting with other labs for consciousness – which are not many on this level, but some – that will then become a more mega-organic, larger laboratory. But the hub establishes, and provides what Juan Pablo pointed out that the others were not providing, that ability to send out and receive communication.

General observations and comments should be submitted when we read it separately.

Two parts, strategically aligned with ICON. Sustainable village and collective wisdom laboratory. What is important is the integration of words 'learning' 'teaching' - which give a first sense of possibilities. Leading-edge technologies, tools, frameworks, architectures, etc....
More and more levels of inclusion.

The Opportunity page

Create it with different resources than SUVI. This is not business as usual. Not business in the traditional sense.

This bring us to fundraising. Won’t go into detail, but somewhere on first page – on the “Big Idea” page – all that you’ll be doing, somewhere, to be researching the underlying causes of the dysfunctions in children. In Mexico City it is huge and its global. I bring this up because there is an incredible amount of money available to research, childhood alcohol, suicide, drug addiction, violence. Suddenly money opens up from people who realize there are so many problems in the world. And this research center is going to do something to find answers to these problems And since its doing it through creative means and research, and that it will be done at deeper level then ever done before. Where a huge amount of money can come from. For people who are saying yes, but what really are you going to do to help the problems of the world.

First paragraphs directed to investors. When you read it, you may find holes in it and suggest ways to make it better. Wanted to synthesize different opportunities that allow this.

Target Spanish speaking populations. There is great amounts of potential but not enough exposure.

The Latin people, have for the many reasons we discussed, a closeness to, an intimacy with, and access to aspects of humanity– a oneness with the forces of the earth, and nature and spirituality – that western’s intellectual man has severed himself from. We desperately need to be reawakened and re-enlivened by the Latin peoples as to what is that force which comes out through their inherent rhythmic, artistic, musical, spiritual, communicative resonant, empathic connection with other human beings.

Yes, I want to include that piece in here. Have audio recording with Juanita Brown. Latin American understand magic and the intimacy of conversations. It can bring heart to this work.

Also rights of passage. It goes into the darkness of their souls. They live their myths and don’t deny they have them or term them emotional disturbance.

And in particular, Mexico has guardians of traditions and all this knowledge that is just now coming through because it had to be protected for centuries. Spaniards practically destroyed all the knowledge from the priests and priestesses. Placed in the hands to keep a secret and right now is emerging in different circles and in different ways. We have the shamanic practices. Castanada. His work on transegrity. On multiple domains. Spiritual work that crosses multiple dimensions to bring answers to what we’re needing.

What you are speaking about now, is among the most important foces possible for the work you are doing. We as a planetary civilization need those secrets. Not to have them to sell to WIE, but for those who have the integrity and soulful love and caring to know these secrets with the deepest reverence and awareness of how easily they can be co-opted and destroyed. But to bring forth spiritually wisely– being given out with a deep intuitive sense for the sacred timing. Bring forth this information– we can't save the world without it.
Personally, I would like to know where I can find some of this information which is written now. Some that is being come out. What has been translated, what you feel has not been sensationalized. What is touching on some of these secrets.

In regards to what is being written right now that is not sensationalist, I think we are just at that edge. We have to bring it and honor it and it still is not fully exposed. Find what Mayas did with circles of leaders. Or you can find small piece– with Aztecs, not a lot. In that space of the priests and sacred. I will keep that in mind for you.

Very important for my own personal work and for integrating it into the unspoken soul and life of what we are doing here.

My other colleague, JC is serving a woman that has the knowledge of a body practice that is ... In Amsterdam. Strong woman have practices with a stick. Martial art, tai chi kind of thing.
The work that Carlos Castenada did was amazing in terms of shamanic architectures. Transegrity.

So then I go into giving the investor a sense that we now can also be doing things in regard to this work. Not only as we convene these works. But with our "current understanding"

I think it is extraordinary harnessing and wonderful implementation of the visioning.

It did blossom. I read that conversation so many times. I know the content by heart. Also what is exposed here is not the full of it. For example there is this space, new one...
Laboratory Architecture.
First stage is we research. Different wording of what was in the opportunity page.
In “Business model” – first stage in lab is to create the lab, research what the lab is going to be. First stage is not open the doors, no we research. So the place where I’m writing that down is in the lab architecture. A different wording of what was in the wording of “Opportunity” page.

So there is this language and depth that sometime I felt I needed to - control, diminish - in order for it to be readable and understandable in a business plan. I certainly hold those pieces in other spaces. Like in our conversation. In our lab architecture page. We know.
For the business plan, the investor knows that part of the business model is to engage in a very deep reflection of what the architecture for the laboratory should be as the first stage of the project.

I don't know how the world understands now the expanded and enhanced understanding of architecture. The way that it is used, and the way J-F uses it, is a specialized use. I don't know our audience well enough. I would hope that since the world is heard now more often, I hope it would be understood that it means also archetypal forms, a priori, in consciousness. Then those can be allowed to extend into the real world. As hidden looms or frames on which we build external architectures.

I need to place that in an appendix. So to offer a broader perspective. I do want an investor to understand what 'architectures' are. There are some basics that I think are crucial for the source of the money.

It can get confusing for someone, because when seeing Buckminster Fuller– who they can without being spiritually awake – know that he was an architect and therefore we are talking about buildings. It is those who were aware that he built those on inner visionary experiences. Also with Frank Lloyd write on inner spiritual experiences, even spiritual dance experience. But not sure exactly how to keep it clear because I don't know our audience. It must say all things to all people, but different levels of awakeness and awareness for this to be languaged in a different form.

Yes, I think we should expand as much as we want. Do need to be our inner repository for shared collective awareness of it.

I also think it should be expanded to complete extent of our capacities and then edited, modified and language it.

In regards of our audience. That's where I think SUVI is easier to sell because it can be any investor. But COWL doesn't. It needs a deeper understanding, or at least sensing the potential for it. More conscious capital than would be required for SUVI.

"Executive Summary" is where the work has been done. And "Business model"

Thinking about the U-process. We went into that Presencing. The crystallization of that conversation is already here in many places. Some are notes, some quotes, some part of business plan. Its beautiful. I feel we did a whole U. Now we are in cleaning that, making it more pure. Into its more completeness and its full depth. So I'm very happy with what we've been doing so far.
